Since each item is made-to-order, all sales are final. That is our policy and it will not change. 

Due to the fragile nature of my product, I will only accept an exchange items that were damaged during transit.


To be eligible for a return exchange, you must contact hello@hopsandbun.com within

5-days of receiving your item to alert me of the damage. 


Upon receipt of the damaged item, I will ship you a replacement. 


You are responsible for the shipping cost of returning an item.

Please remember: each item is different and handcrafted. Each item is made to order. This is art, it is handcrafted, it takes time and dedication. Because of this I do not offer refunds.

All items ship to the USA (excluding Hawaii and Alaska) & The Bahamas via USPS. All items ship within 7 days of placing your order. For any international inquiries, please email hello@hopsandbun.com. If you need a rush order, please contact us!
