Since each item is made-to-order, all sales are final. That is our policy and it will not change. 

Due to the fragile nature of my product, I will only accept returns for an exchange of equal value for items that were damaged during transit.

 

To be eligible for a return exchange, you must contact hello@hopsandbun.com within 5-days of receiving your item to alert me of the damage. 

 

Upon receipt of the damaged item, I will ship you a replacement! You are responsible for the shipping cost of returning an item.

Please remember: each item is different and handcrafted. Each item is made to order. This is art, it is handcrafted, it takes TIME and dedication. Because of this I do not offer refunds.

All items ship to the USA (excluding Hawaii and Alaska) & The Bahamas via USPS. All items ship within 5-7 days of placing your order. For any international inquiries, please email hello@hopsandbun.com. Free shipping for my art is applied to orders of $50+

All items ship to the USA (excluding Hawaii and Alaska) via USPS or UPS. All items ship within 5-7 days of placing your order. We do not ship Flash Sale pieces internationally at this time.

Shipping costs for flash sale pieces: this cost is determined by USPS/UPS by the weight, shipping location and box size of the item. I will pick the most reasonable shipping option (because who doesn't hate expensive shipping!)

If a Flash Sale item is damaged during shipping, I will issue a refund. Item(s) must be mailed back to me. Customer is responsible for shipping cost of returning an item.

• Items placed in your cart are not reserved, so shop quickly!

• Items are first come, first served.

• The only way to purchase is through my website. Yes, items will be posted on Instagram to view, but you must go to my website to purchase. (no commenting 'MINE' and zip code sending. I tried that and this is MUCH easier!)

• Please remember that all items are previously owned and well loved (estate sale finds, etc.) but still great condition. If there is a noticeable flaw that needs to be addressed, I will put that in the details section.
